My name is Johan, i'm living in the south west part of the Netherlands in a small village called Ovezande and it's located about 25km east of the northsea border in the province of Zeeland.

Since my age of 12 i whas interest in de radio hobby and there was the start of the so called hamradio virus. In the past i whas a 11m ham operator till i meet Wino PA0ABM ,he became my hamradio elmer and learned me the first staps into the dx-ing and contesting experience from his station.

In the beginning of 2009 a new contest station PI4DX located also in the south west part of the Netherlands in the province of Zeeland is born.The group is small but passioned and the drive to win.So when you hear the call PI4DX please give us is a point in the contest...so see you in the pile-up !
